What does the presence of fat in the stool mean (beyond
malabsorption)?

For Pete's sake!!! Why are they assuming this has anything to do with
breastmilk???? Have they tested this baby for Cystic Fibrosis It commonly
presents as Failure to Thrive and fat in the stools is one of the major effects
of the disease.

Also, I'm not sure about this one but what about Giardia???? Any risk factors
for that?
