Hi Lactnetters, I need a little help again. Any hospital based, in Illinois,
LC, please e mail me privately.  We are ready to rent electric breast pumps
and one of our Social workers says that their department looked into renting
and was told JCAH standards prevented them from renting them out. Sounds
strange, that I have not heard a wiff of this previously.  We will be
renting as outpatient service, although patients can arrange rental to take
with them on discharge. We have free pumps available for use in-house.
