Thank you everyone who replied to my question about nursing on one side and the different milk produced. 

I got some good comments and suggestions on the board and off, all ranging from; perfectly normal, take a pregnancy test and get a mammogram. Cancer issues never even occurred to me. And Nikki, though I believe I had heard of Goldsmith's sign I wasn't that familiar with it. Thank you everyone for your time and wisdom in this matter!
