What is all this?

About the titles. Doesn't mean the person is above you just think of it as
an acknowledgment of what they have achieved.
Also "Doctor" can be used sarcastically very well. Such as in the beer
commercial "First time in a limo, DOCTOR?" or several movie lines such as
from Star Trek the Voyage Home "You have another opinion, doctor?!"
