At least in the USA - is this a universal health awareness thing?

Nothing I have seen points out Breastfeeding as a preventative measure.
Has anyone else seen otherwise?

Seems that a list of preventative measures should be part of this
awareness push and a perfect time to point out that breastfeeding is part
of that.

Ideas?
