hello ladies,
I rarely take credit loudly for things but..... My second son acted
very autistic for his firth 3 1/2 years. I kept nursing him for 3
reasons firstly it was the only physical contact he enjoyed. second it
was the only was to calm him and help him deal with crowds and noise.
thirdly weaning means fulfilled and this kid was NOT fulfilled. he
opened up and grew into a happy friendly kid (as rachel can attest ) and
weaned at 4 1/2. he still has some autistic and add traits, but he is no
longer the kid my husband nick named "i robot" I believe with all my
soul that nursing him saved him from a life in his autistic shell.
