The IBLCE is not a democratic organization, unfortunately.  We can state our 
dissatisfaction with the way things are handled, but unless we can 
communicate this to board members and ask them to vote for change we have no 
say.

The only say we have is with our $.  If IBLCE is 90% dependent on recerts 
and exams for funding, you would think they would listen to those who pay 
(or chose not to pay) those fees.

I'm not in a position to say.  I just recerted by exam last year, I have 
other credentials.  I just hope they do some listening before the whole 
thing implodes.    However, I don't get the impression that they are 
listening.  There   is little response from them to people who are 
protesting.  Pat in SNJ
