I assume the hospital is worried about liability.  I would want to think
about this in terms of 'Whose baby is it?"  If the Mom is happy for her
sister to breastfeed her baby, why not?  Perhaps it ywould be appropriate to
have her sign an indemnity ... And/ or read something (that is not alarmist)
about risks associated with this behaviour.  Would that satisfy the legal
dept?
