I have scuba dived, fought fires (I'm a firefighter), exercised pretty  
intensely, etc etc all during my children's nursing days.
 
I have talked to many women on the fire dept about breastfeeding and  
fighting fires and thankfully most of them have nursed there babies for most of  the 
first year if not beyond.
