Ugh and double ugh! This is the last thing moms need, sorry. The best thing about breastfeeding is sometimes NOT knowing what the baby got. Imagine if we put in a meter on a man to measure how much sperm he ejected! Ugh, ugh, ugh!

Subject: MIM for MOM: a device to measure the quantity of breastfed milk in real-time

Hi

I hope my post is ok with the managers of this community:

I'd like to bring to your attention a link to an initial promotional video (yes, there are plenty of textual corrections I am suggesting to the company now...) raising funding for an amazing product - a meter allowing monitoring of the amount of breastmilk consumed by the baby from each breast.

The company has done it's research and are now up to the stage of starting manufacturing in small quanitities.

I think this device could really help in cases of moms breastfeeding premees, moms with milk supply problems - to monitor if there is any progress in supply without using a pump as any sort of guage, and of course - for those moms who just HAVE TO know how much their baby ate to be calm....

if you know anyone who'd be interested in supporting this project - would you please pass this link along ? http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/mim-for-mom

Thanks
