 someone shared a story about a 4 y.o. hyperactive, unintelligible boy, with sleep problems (snoring etc) , my thoughts were how much nicer their whole life up until the point of TT diagnosis & correction, would have been if the TT had been corrected shortly after birth.  Pat in SNJ
