My 2 month old has recently been diagnosed w/ neuroblastoma, a solid-tumor
cancer of infancy/childhood.  This formed en utero; science has not
determined probable cause of these.  They are of course extremely rare.  It
is localized to one tumor and the prognosis is very good.  I am wanting to
do all I can to make my breast milk even more healthy than it naturally is.
 He is my 4th child, all of whom I have successfully breastfed.  He has
thrush, which he had before he began chemo, but the chemo can cause it as
well.  Antibiotics are part of his treatment regimen.  So, I am wanting to
add probiotics (for me and for him) both to combat the thrush he already has
and to prevent further problems from the antibiotics.  I have read some
about chlorella decreasing dioxins and increasing antibodies (IgA, I
believe) in breastmilk.  Any advice, including good forms of probiotics for
infants and chlorella for me, also any additional research on boosting
anti-cancer properties of breastmilk, is very appreciated.
