I mean that as far as I know, the absorption of whole cow milk protein
by a lactating mother has been studied only in the first few months
after the baby is born. This is the case in articles I have. It may
no longer be true after 3 months, 8 months, or it may be. Thus the
test tells you nothing if the baby has no reaction at all, as he
probably wouldn't anyways.

I would guess that cow milk protein would be found in the mother's
milk only for a few hours after ingestion by the mother, but I don't
know this either.
