It still has wording to the effect of BFing reduces the risk of... 
but it is based on meta-analyses of studies that are worded that way.
Your own explanation with vocabulary reflecting BFing as Normal can help your audience understand. 
The best thing: these are studies done in DEVELOPED COUNTRIES so HCPs are less like to be dismissive of the results.
