Hi Lisa:

Have you (or anyone) who's had a client with "fibrous" breasts or deep
sinuses (not same as "Deep Throat"!) tried inserting a Medela glass flange
into plastic kit one and then had client pump? Heard from a few LCs at recent
Phila. private practice workshop report more success using glass flange
insert.
Drawback of flange: ea. cost $35.
