I thought someone would answer this one more factually. Yes, Rob you can
feed it to him but the colostrum may give loose stools. (Remember that
laxative effect in clearing meconium from the digestive tract.) I recall
nursing through a pregnancy and wondering why my toddler "had diarrhea"
until my co-LLLLeader pointed out the reason.
