I feel uneasy at the thought of donating free samples to crisis centres.  I presume the intention
is that it is used there for mothers and babies?  If so, the problem is simply being transferred,
to people in a vulnerable situation.

WHO code is I think quite clear that free samples should only be given where they will
continue for as long as that baby needs infant formula - I would think 1 year would do.  All this
reminds me of the emergency/famine/war aid situation, where it has been shown that free
supplies do more harm than good.

So here's my suggestion - like  a chain letter, have a central point for mothers to give their
samples to, who guarantees to bin it for them.....  or better yet, to dump it on the source
companies doorstep regularly.

Appreciating one hassle we don't have in UK where samples are not allowed..
