Re the baby who won't nurse on the right side:

look for (1) broken clavicle on that side, may have been cracked in
childbirth and then injured more recently (2) something wrong with the
breast -- does it produce milk as easily as the other side, if she pumps
bilaterally does she get the same amount out?  that side may not be
producing as much for many different reasons, including breast cancer.
