These "experimental" LCs were due to re-cert by exam anyway. The offer was that they NOT study for the exam; just go on past experience & accumulated knowledge from an active practice. They were promised to keep their credential as part of the experiment regardless of their actual grade. At least two people in our affiliate participated.
We have no idea of actual scores. It would be interesting how this experimental group compared to the "studying" group as a whole.
Was that ever published?
