May Alice,  what is your percentage of BF initiation?  20 hours sounds
right for 1500 births with a 50% initiation rate.  If rate is
higher.....it's not just a nice thing to do, it's a necesary thing to do.
Tell admin how many unhappy moms there will be.  Get some letter writing
going.  Have you saved any letters in the past?  Dig them out.  I would
divide the 10 hours into 2 - 5 hour days and have office hours on those 2
days.  They can't expect you to be at their disposal 2 hours a day x 5!
Let admin deal  with the frustrated staff and moms!  Boo hiss to them.
