Hi Chris,
The WHO has recently put out a document, Hypoglycaemia of the Newborn-
Review of the literature.
It includes recommendations for prevention and management. It was sent
to me by the BFHI in the U.K. I don't have an address for it other than
WHO in Geneva, but if you would like me to fax it to you let me know.
