I think I'm going to develop some short info on tongue ties that includes references to Dr. Kotlow's site. To be honest, I've had only one client who refused to have it evaluated and clipped. And this current client was the only one I've had that's had it evaluated to find the Ped said "no problem" and they left it at that. Every other one has come back to me and said, "Where else can I go? How do I get this fixed?" Perhaps I've just been lucky because everyone else I've suggested that be evaluated and clipped has done it.

On a side note, anyone else find it a little funny that the parents of boys who are ssssssooooooo upset about the tongue tie and clipping and either concerned that it will hurt or that they want things to be as "natural" as possible are usually the same ones who have circumcised their boys!! :-O
