I saw an article in the Tyson case that quoted an expert as saying that the
risk of HIV transmission from breastfeeding was *greater than* the risk of
transmission from unprotected sex.

Is that true?  Substantiated?  Is it extrapolated from a dose-response
theory, as in, a baby nurses far more times per day than a person has sex?
