Regarding the baby in the daycare that is given 8 oz. every 3 hours....
   
    One thing that hasnt been mentioned, not that it is necessary, but 
might be of interest, is for mom to do a pre and post weight check 
feeding.  It would be interesting to see how much he takes from mom.  (I 
doubt it is anywhere close to 8 oz)  That way mom could feel reassured how 
much he really needs, and know that they truely are needing to revise 
their care of him.(!)
