On Oprah there were parents of a baby that died of salmonella it
got somehow from the family pet iguana.  If anything I bet the
baby you're dealing with has gotten it from someone elses dirty
hands in the family.

The green stools could be from too much foremilk or from just
being sick.  Also with my fourth child she has so many food
sensitivities she has always had loose green stools-never
