Well, maybe you think so, but the universe knows better?  :) As for the
ridicule, or being known as the person who thinks everything is related to
breastfeeding, I guess we just have to let people know that although there are more
factors than feeding that influence health outcomes both acute and lifetime,
breastfeeding IS indeed one of them. It may mean we have to ask questions about
family history, environment ( both home, work, and community,)  feeding and
eating patterns throughout the life span, exercise,  etc. If people want to see
us as "those nuts who think everything is about breastfeeding", they will, but
less so if we ask the line of questions, just always make sure feeding is on
this list...:)
