Hello. I am wondering in your collective wisdom if anyone knows what the
best choice of antidepressant for a woman nursing a 15 month old is. The
mother is not willing to wean the the child but is concerned about the
medication. Serzone is one of the options being offered.  I have not
found any research as of yet about Serzone and breast feeding.  Any
ideas you have will be appreciated.
