This one is for the rude labor nurse and the MD who refuses to prescribe any
drug for a lactating woman but does an inept job at a pelvic exam anyway and all
those who just aren't trying very hard to understand:

"You don't seem to understand what I'm saying.  Let's try again.  I'll speak
slowly and use small words..." enunciated carefully so the meaning is perfectly
clear in a quiet voice dripping daggers
