WOW.  This article says the US embassy lobbies against breastfeeding campaigns in other countries in order to protect big business.

The US Embassy in Manila lobbied against a breastfeeding campaign, and effectively blocked a Philippine milk code controlling advertising of alternative baby food.
 
Why? Because it didn't mesh with US export policies. And US big business would suffer.<<<
