 I may have missed it, but I don't recall anyone mentioning LLLI's
wonderful book MOTHERING MULTIPLES.  This is a great book to suggest to
moms of twins, triplets, quads (yes, there was a mom in our state who
successfully nursed quads).  For the more research oriented, the revised
BREASTFEEDING ANSWER BOOK has a great section.
