LACTNET Digest - 5 Aug 2002 - Special issue (#2002-893)<<He has called me and asked me to provide him with:

a) the best approach to getting banked human milk
b) a screening tool for his own donors
c) instructions for home heat treatment
d) instructions for sending the milk to be tested to determine whether his
methods are successfully eliminating [in reality, reducing] the risks of
drug and viral/bacterial contamination>>

WOW! If only more husbands/fathers were this convinced of the superiority of breastmilk!!! Imagine what that would do - moms probably wouldn't give up so easy if they had an encouraging husband like this!

(Sorry, I can't offer any suggestions...just wanted to comment on this man. So sorry to hear of his loss!)
