When my 2nd baby was born, I had GD, and brought with me donor milk from a friend.  I knew I was going to have a csection (due to the fact babies can't be born tummy first, and my daughter was stubborn and wouldn't stay turned).  I knew that if her blood sugar was low, they would want to give her something, so I provided the something I wanted her to have.  The hospital didn't even blink, they labeled the milk and put it in the fridge, and my daughter was given the milk while I was in recovery, and then she nursed, and we had no further issues.

I honestly expected some difficulty and a had plan B that involved my parents keeping the milk and giving it to my husband when the baby needed it... But the hospital was very good about it.

The hospital probably thought I was crazy, i had a different birth plan, was the first person EVER to nurse a baby on the OR Table, refused to be tied down during my operation so I could hold the baby after and nurse her, and had my nearly three year old there who nursed both before and after the birth, and in the days I was in the hospital... So I'm sure the fact I brought another woman's milk in was just icing on the cake...
