Yes you have Jeni - you have the research showing that babies vary in 
how long they stay on the breast for, that length of feeding does not 
correlate to volume of milk transferred, and that it's frequency of 
feeding that drives supply.

Seems to me that you are challenging them on the wrong territory otherwise.

They clearly have no real faith in the process :(
