I had the same problems with my first two babies in 1991 and 1992. Was eating
lots of yogurt , cheese and ice cream. Had not only two babies with dairy
intolerance, but horrid oversupply problems. Engorged every two seconds,
leaking, no soaking!, sheets, clothes, bras, etc etc. Could have pumped
enough to feed quads at least!!

After realizing that I had a dairy problem myself, cut it down. My last two
babies, 1995 and 1997 both also have dairy sensitivies however, my oversupply
problems disappeared. Most dramatically after the birth of my youngest
daughter in 97. She could not even tolerate me eating a single ice cream
cone for the first year!! She would break out in an oozing , horrible eczema
acne like rash. Because of her, I had to eliminate dairy completely, and my
milk supply regulated quickly. I had plenty of milk, and I did not have a
problem pumping either, but I didn't have the oversupply issues. Which
helped because she also suffered from reflux the first 9 months.
