Nina,
Wonderful points. When THE WALL comes down I will talk with her  
again. You bring up some wonderful points. I did give her the  
statement from the International Academy of Pediatrics but she was  
not impressed. Thank you for reminding me about the AAP policy  
statement.  Now I just have to be patient. We'll see if the AAP will  
come on board and how long it will take. Many of the Peds just  
changed their growth charts to the CDC ones and do not want to change  
again (my doctors words!).
