     a) i think that there are mom's who will wear an underwire no matter
what we say

   having established that as a premise, the reality. like so many others is
that for some woman an underwire will pinch a duct and cause a plug.. .this
is most likely when the bara is not fitted properly OR the bra slips so that
the wire is no longer under the rbeast but on it.....

          i hope that this helps. am sorry if it makes the whole issue more
difficult.
