She should use her local resources of protest!  In this case, I'd start with
the health teacher, and if that makes her a friend I would go together --
with all other bf friendly teachers she can find -- to her Teacher's Union
rep, and suggest that this is effectively a 'hostile environment."

Even if there is no specific statute protecting her right to pump, using this
kind of language reminds people in authority that they just don't want to go
there.
