I have worked with a few women with very sensitive nipples and one who had a
nipple abrasion as she fell asleep while pumping and the flange slipped.  The
new Symphony breastpump really helped each one continue pumping and eventually
breastfeeding.  One lady liked it so much, she drove to Culpeper to rent one!
