There is no evidence that mother-infant blood group incompatibilities of  any 
kind require a delay or cessation of breastfeeding.  The antibody in  
mother's blood would need to be excreted in the milk (possible, but in small  
amounts) then absorbed by the infant's gut INTACT.  Even small amounts of  stomach 
acid would alter the antibody rendering it harmless.  Intestinal  enzymes would 
further break down the protein. There is simply no evidence that  
breastfeeding with blood group incompatibilities causes an increased duration of  
intensity of jaundice.
