All the nonsytemic antacids (including Maalox and Mylanta) are compatible
with breastfeeding.
Most of their action is local, and they are not absorbed systemically.  Even
if that happened, mainly some calcium and magnesium would get into breast
milk in negligible amounts, and it is not a big deal.
