2)  If anyone knows of a lactation consultant in Santiago, Chile, please let
me know.  I'm trying to help a mother long distance who has a one month baby
with Down Syndrome.  I don't even know, at this stage, if she is
breastfeeding, or hadn't started, and if the latter if she wants to
relactate, but am hoping to have information available so if she responds
and wants to try to relactate, or even if she is already breastfeeding, but
having problems, she can contact a local LC.
