I just got a letter in the mail today from IBCLCE and they have voted that
in order to maintain IBCLC status, one must re take the exam every 10 years,
this has been the current procedure and they voted to keep it the
same........

P/s the last paragraph also says "If you are part of the 1985-1989 cohorts,
you have the option of recertifying by CERP of exam when your current
certification lapses."
