I can see how a busy pediatrician  could "know" about the WHO Code in an
abstract way, but not know the details.  I'm not excusing him, but I know
in the average general ped practice there is a lot more going on than just
our fav topic :-)  What can we do about it????  Good heavens we can't even
get peds to read and/or believe their own AAP statement about BF, let alone
read the WHO Code. :-(
