Dear Winnie:  Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself, for
as long as it takes.   It makes perfectly good sense for you to bide
your time and marshal your resources.  My guess is that your quiet
period will not last forever, and you will feel safer about speaking
out after you are securely retired.
