I happened to go in the restroom at a recent BF coalition meeting where an 
employee was pumping in the anteroom.  (I know-not the best place to pump, but 
that's another topic) I couldn't believe how noisy her pump was!.  I struck up a 
conversation, congratulating her for what she was doing.  I learned that it was 
a Lnasinoh pump.  Fortunately, this mom seemed comfortable with it, but I'll bet 
that if she was insecure about using such a noisy pump and possibly attracting 
unwanted attention she would be unlikely to continue pumping.
