Absolutely no problem.  The mother does not have to stop breastfeeding for
even 1 millisecond.  The stuff is not going to hurt the baby, even if it did
get into the milk, which it doesn't.  Same for MRI scans and gadopentetate,
just in case anyone was wondering.
