Let me clarify my comments. The majority of clients that I see are
struggling with breastfeeding. That is why they contact me. They work
extremely hard at getting whatever breastmilk they can into their babies. We
have to face the fact that, for a variety of physiological reasons, some
mothers will not be able to fully breastfeed. No matter how much information
we give them about the dangers of formula, they will not be able to produce
full supplies. These women need our help and support to do the best they can
