To those of you who use domperidone for building milk supplies:

The recommended dosage is 2 10mg tabs 4 times a day. Do you find that the
feeding/pumping after having taken the tablets to have greater production
than those that are done with more time since taking the tablet?

One client who is taking it sees much more milk sometimes (She is pumping)
and has thought that perhaps it correlates with when she has taken the
domperidone. If it acts to increase prolactin could it be a "quick shot"
then diminish after the peak?

If this is the case, wouldn't taking 10mg 8 times a day maintain a more
consistent level?
