Thank you to everyone for your suggestions regarding avoidance in dairy 
allergy. I was just stating that the studies I looked at were small study groups 
and that woman those woman couldn't prevent allergy by avoiding dairy during 
pregnancy and lactation. 
The moms I have counseled have done well by avoiding the culprits but some 
have them have felt very deprived by the limits they had. I was looking for 
assistance in helping a young first time mom that wants to breastfeed not 
give up. 
Special thank you to Pat Bucknell IBCLC for sending me a list of foods. This 
mom and I are very grateful.
