I was just wondering if that baby with salmonella played with the egg carton
or if the eggs were replaced into the carton after coloring.  That could
re-contaminate the eggs (as could an egg compartment in a refrigerator if it
was not washed before replacing the eggs.)  Reminds me of a mother we saw in
prenatal clinic with a horrid case of persistent N & V.  Turned out to be
salmonella poisoning.
